by

The Sun Devil Women’s Gymnastics team will feature many promotions this upcoming season, including discounts for groups, Gymnastics Club Night and the second annual UNO’s Flip for the Cure. The season will also feature the annual Sparky’s Kids to College Night, a Women’s Heart Health Awareness Meet, a special night for dance teams and four post-meet autograph sessions.

The home season kicks-off on Friday, Jan. 25 with Sparky’s Kids to College Night as the Gym Devils take on national powerhouse Utah. All youth groups who register in advance will receive free admission to the meet. To register, visit www.thesundevils.com.

The Sun Devils then host Oregon State on Wednesday, Jan. 30 for Gymnastics Club Night. All gymnastics club members, along with family and friends receive $2 admission. Be one of the first 300 individuals to purchase tickets and receive special admission to a pre-meet party featuring Sparky, the ASU Cheerleaders, poster-making and contests.

Don’t miss the Duel in the Desert on Feb. 15 when the Sun Devils host in-state rival Arizona and celebrate Women’s Heart Health Awareness. Two lucky fans will win tickets to a Phoenix Mercury Game and the upcoming Women’s Heart Health Fair. Also, all attendees who wear gold to the game will receive $2 admission.

The UNO’s Flip for the Cure will take place on Feb. 29 against San Jose State, Stanford and UW-Oshkosh. In an effort to spread breast cancer awareness, fans who wear pink-colored clothing to the game will receive $2 admission. In addition, fans who eat at UNO’s on Mill Ave. in Tempe prior to the game will receive discounted admission.

One of the final promotions of the season will take place on March 7 as the Sun Devils host Dance Team Night. Bring your dance team to the meet and receive $2 admission. The first 100 dancers who purchase tickets will receive a special ASU Athletic Facilities Tour. This meet will also feature an exhibition by the ASU Men’s Gymnastics Team.

The last home gymnastics meet is March 14 against the Ohio State Buckeyes. Come support your Sun Devils as they wrap up their regular season and honor the graduating seniors.

There will be autograph sessions held after four meets this season, including Jan. 26 against Utah, Jan. 30 against Oregon State, Feb. 15 against Arizona and March 7 against Boise State and Penn State. Fans will have a chance to meet Head Coach John Spini, as well as your favorite Sun Devil Gymnasts.

Bring a group of 15 or more to any home meet this season and receive $2 admission per person. You can purchase group tickets by calling the Ticket Office at 480-727-0000.
